Location Tampa, FL In Office Position In Office Position (1 Remote Day Per Week) Pay $40,000 – $45,000 Base Salary Commission Opportunities Growth Opportunities Schedule Monday – Friday

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities Post and manage job ads Recruit and screen candidates Conduct phone interviews Coordinate onboarding and hiring paperwork Fill open job orders for clients Communicate with employees through calls, texts, and email Assist with payroll and timecard collection Support field employees and customer accounts Work closely with the sales and recruiting team Requirements Bilingual is a plus (English & Spanish) Strong communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience preferred Positive attitude and sense of urgency About TradeCorp TradeCorp specializes in providing electricians, plumbers, HVAC mechanics, and skilled construction labor to contractors throughout Florida and nationwide.
