We're seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a school setting and support students through high-quality therapy services. This role focuses on evaluating students, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting progress in alignment with each student's individualized plan of care.

?? Responsibilities
Conduct student evaluations to determine therapy needs
Provide therapy services according to individualized plans of care
Follow physician orders when applicable
Document all therapy activities and progress accurately
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Uphold professional standards of practice
?? Minimum Requirements
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
1 year of experience preferred (not required)
CPR certification (if applicable)
TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray)
Current health certificate (as required)
Must meet all regulatory requirements
Must be 18+ years old
