We are looking for dependable, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our local travel team at Midwest Health Solutions and provide quality resident care at nursing homes throughout B eresford, SD and surrounding areas.

As a traveling CNA, you will have the opportunity to work at different skilled nursing and long-term care facilities while maintaining schedule flexibility and gaining experience in a variety of care settings.

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in nursing home and long-term care settings.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Take and document vital signs and report changes in residents' condition to the appropriate nursing staff.
• Assist with meals, transfers, repositioning, and other resident-care needs.
• Follow each facility's policies, procedures, and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, facility staff, residents, and families.
• Adapt quickly to different facilities, teams, and resident needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Current South Dakota CNA certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between facilities .
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate approach to resident care.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
