Expert Opportunity - In-House M&A Manager ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced in‑house M&A deal managers who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. We are looking for in‑house M&A managers with 4+ years running acquisitions, divestitures, or partnerships in‑house to create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: board approval decks, target screening presentations, synergy analysis exhibits, deal update memos, integration planning decks, and pipeline review materials.

$100/hour

Commitment

Flexible, 5‑20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in‑house M&A at a significant company
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions
• Expert‑level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
