About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales for Workforce Solutions Staffing. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and executing a strategic go-to-market vision. This role requires a leader with a strong background in the staffing industry or workforce solutions sales, particularly in the areas of AOR, EOR, payroll, and contingent workforce solutions. The SVP will be expected to originate, advance, and close enterprise-level deals, mentor the sales team, and refine the go-to-market strategy. Building and nurturing relationships with enterprise buyers and industry stakeholders is also a key aspect of the position. Applicants for the SVP of Sales role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience in the relevant sectors, a proven track record in closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, and experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders, and a balance of hands-on selling with leadership responsibilities. Required skills include enterprise sales and business development, team leadership, go-to-market strategy execution, pipeline management, and relationship building. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and extensive experience in workforce solutions, staffing, or related industries is essential. Experience with MSP/VMS ecosystems and enterprise procurement processes is also a plus.
