Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Evenings - 8 hour shifts, 32-40 hours per week, with every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for a position in an acute inpatient hospital setting focusing on adolescent mental health care. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents in a behavioral health environment.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care for adolescent patients with mental health and behavioral disorders.
Administer medications and monitor patients' responses to treatment.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Conduct patient assessments and evaluations as per facility protocol.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 1-year experience in a child and adolescent mental health setting required.
Current RN license in the applicable state.
