Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager – New City, NY | Up to $130,000 We're looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager to take ownership of organic marketing initiatives and help strengthen the brand's digital presence. This is a hands-on position with Email Marketing and Social Media at its core. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, developing brand messaging, and building an audience across channels including Meta and LinkedIn. The role also offers the opportunity to work across the wider digital marketing mix, including SEO, copywriting and paid advertising, making it ideal for someone who enjoys having a broad influence across marketing rather than being focused on just one channel. The Role Own and execute organic marketing strategies across email and social media Develop engaging content and compelling brand stories that resonate with the target audience Manage and grow social presence across platforms including Meta and LinkedIn Plan and execute email marketing campaigns Support SEO initiatives and develop high-quality, engaging copy Contribute to paid digital marketing campaigns and wider customer acquisition activity Monitor audience engagement and use performance insights to improve campaigns Collaborate across the business to maintain a consistent and compelling brand presence Bring creative ideas to life through content, with photography and/or videography experience being a bonus What You'll Bring Proven hands-on experience in Email Marketing and Social Media Strong content creation and brand storytelling capabilities Working knowledge of SEO, copywriting and paid advertising Experience with Meta and LinkedIn marketing A strong understanding of organic digital marketing and audience growth Excellent written and verbal communication skills A creative, proactive approach with the ability to work independently Photography and/or videography skills would be advantageous Up to $130,000 base salary Medical, dental and vision insurance 401(k) matching Competitive PTO and paid holidays Life insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage Additional employee benefits This is a great opportunity for a hands-on marketer who enjoys creating, experimenting and building brands through organic channels.
