Journeyman Electrician

Washington-based Sea-Tac Electric , is a full-service electrical services company with 35 years of expertise in electrical design engineering, new building electrical design‑build construction, electrical repairs and service, voice and data structured cabling systems, and security systems for commercial properties. Responsibilities Perform installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems and components Pull wires, install conduit and mount electrical panels, boxes or devices under supervision Transport tools, materials and equipment to and from job sites, maintaining a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures, always wearing appropriate PPE, helping to maintain a safe work environment Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites Maintain inventory supplies and report material shortages to supervisor Complete assigned tasks efficiently and communicate progress to supervisors Requirements Must have a Valid 01 Journeyman Card Valid driver's license and good driving record We are a Drug Free business – UA will be required prior to job assignment Be able to meet minimum tool requirements Ability to work day shift or night shift Be able and ready to teach and mentor an apprentice Maintain compliance of 1:1 (Journeyman to apprentice ratio) Shift details 8-10 hour shifts Day Shift OR Night Shift depending on project needs Overtime Benefits Eligibility to Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits Generous paid time off Access to opportunities to expand your skill set and share your knowledge with others across the organization Company culture of promotions from within, with a start‑up atmosphere allowing for varied and rapid career growth & development This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. The base salary range for this position is $49.86–$56.23. Please note that the compensation range reflects the base pay only and does not include benefits, or bonuses this role may be eligible to receive.
