Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements At least 1 year of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Forklift or order picker experience is a plus

Job Duties Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Measure, weigh, and count products and materials Print labels and apply shipping and tracking information Inspect products and packages for quality and accuracy Load and unload materials as needed Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items Maintain documentation and shipping records Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready Follow company safety procedures and quality standards

Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory. Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
