Nurse Practitioner - Behavioral Health

Role Overview Full-time within Monday - Friday No nights or weekends Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns Provide brief interventions and behavioral management Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings Coverage area includes Pulaski, Dublin, Chilhowie, Abingdon, and Galax, VA Compensation and Benefits Estimated compensation range of $120,000 - $160,000 annually with no cap on productivity income Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided Qualifications Active, unrestricted Virginia license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C Active DEA or willingness to obtain All experience levels as a PMHNP or Psych PA Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred California Applicant Privacy Act: #J-18808-Ljbffr TeamHealth
