Companionship & Engagement: Brighten their day with meaningful conversation, activities, and genuine connection. Daily Living Support: Assist with safe transfers, prepare nutritious meals, and handle light housekeeping. Medication Reminders: Provide timely reminders and assist with medications to ensure peace of mind. Who Thrives in This Role Experience: 1+ years of caregiving experience is preferred (experience with dementia care is a big plus!). Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance to assist with local client needs. Skills: Excellent communication, strong customer service, and a reliable work ethic. Qualities: Compassionate, patient, and genuinely dedicated to elevating the human spirit.
