Travel IMC/Stepdown/PCU Registered Nurse – Illinois
Maximum Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced IMC/Stepdown/PCU RN for a travel assignment at a 562-bed Magnet-designated, Level I trauma and teaching hospital. Assignment Details Shift: Days, 3x12s (6:45 AM–7:15 PM)Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Local candidates accepted with no radius restriction
Floating required as needed
Block scheduling may be discussed with the manager
Up to five days of requested time off preferred
Scrubs: Any solid color
Free parking permit provided Requirements Minimum one year of recent IMC, PCU, neuro stepdown, or telemetry experience
Previous travel experience required
Active Illinois RN license in hand
BLS and NIHSS required
ACLS preferred
Cerner experience preferred
Teaching hospital and Level I trauma experience preferred
Strong dysrhythmia interpretation, cardiac drip, ventilator, tracheostomy, central line, PICC, arterial line, wound care, and emergency-response skills Candidates must be comfortable caring for complex cardiac, neurological, orthopedic, renal, respiratory, and postoperative patients.
Maximum Healthcare Solutions Job ID #3448466. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
