Data Entry Specialist

Kendalls Grill is seeking a detail oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to accurately enter update and maintain company and customer information in digital systems. The role involves handling records orders customer information inventory data and other administrative information while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately into company databases and systems.

• Maintain customer order inventory and business records.

• Review information for accuracy and correct errors when identified.

• Process and organize digital documents and records.

• Assist with updating spreadsheets reports and internal databases.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

• Perform routine data verification and quality checks.

• Communicate with other departments when information needs clarification.

• Complete assigned data-entry tasks within required deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good typing and computer skills.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel Google Sheets email and online data-entry systems.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to organize information and manage multiple tasks.

• Previous data-entry administrative customer-service or restaurant-industry experience is a plus.
