Senior Hardware Sales Specialist Location – Southeast Virtual Position Summary The Senior Hardware Sales Specialist is responsible for driving hardware sales growth through the development and implementation of solution-based sales strategies in the POS systems sector. Engaging with clients to deliver customized hardware solutions that address complex business needs, you will maintain long-term relationships and act as a key strategic partner. Your deep product knowledge and consultative selling approach allow you to effectively position our offerings to meet client objectives. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to deliver hardware solutions. Engage in high-level consultations to uncover client needs and propose value-driven hardware solutions. Build and sustain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders. Ensure alignment between client objectives and hardware capabilities. Guide and mentor junior team members on best practices and strategies. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 7 years of experience in hardware sales or equivalent roles. Strong track record of achieving sales objectives and business development. Expert consultation and negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications Extensive experience in selling POS hardware solutions. Ability to influence and drive decisions in client engagements. Experience in managing large-scale client accounts. Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools. Strategic thinker with the ability to forecast market trends. Track record in leading innovative sales initiatives.
