Auto Body Estimator

Gerber Collision & Glass offers this Estimator role focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience while accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting necessary repairs, and coordinating with insurance and team members. Key Responsibilities Document all customer interactions and update details efficiently and accurately. Provide customers with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process. Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics. Adhere to WOW Operating Way’s regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery. Communicate customer requests and needs to appropriate team members. Offer positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone. Understand insurance programs and procedures. Participate in daily “production walks” with the Management Team as required. Support all team members when required. Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings (if required). Attend training, information sessions and workshops as recommended by Store Manager. Maintain store KPIs by maximizing role performance. Requirements / Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1‑year experience in estimating or related automotive role. Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines. Basic computer skills. Compliance with DRP requirements. Valid driver’s license. Must be willing to complete mandatory I‑CAR Training. Benefits Annual Paid Time Off (PTO) plans.
