Clinical Specialist - Chicago, IL- Neurovascular

Work Flexibility Field-based. Work primarily on site at customer facilities with a travel expectation of 30% of the time. The role requires availability for on‑call coverage and extended case support in open territories. Responsibilities Capture AIS and HEM market share by promoting interventional products within the assigned territory. Collaborate closely with Stryker Territory Managers, lab personnel, interventional radiologists, neurologists or neurosurgical specialties, and hospital administrators to drive adoption, usage, and pull-through of neurovascular devices. Run product evaluations with the goal of account conversion and expand the portfolio of products within hospitals to achieve sales targets. Lead lab staff in in‑service training on case management, room set‑up, best practices, and procedural steps to improve outcomes. Deliver formal and informal product presentations and provide case coverage focused on neurointerventional procedures. Maintain expertise across all procedures, industry trends, and competitive issues to support the sales team. Develop strong relationships with NV territory managers and enabling functions. Manage administrative tasks, budgets, sales reporting, and expense reporting. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Region Manager. Support a continuous improvement environment that upholds the Quality Policy, Quality System, and applicable regulations. Ensure employees receive proper training and that training documentation is maintained. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of clinical experience with a proven track record. Healthcare‑related field strongly preferred. Knowledge of the lab environment preferred. Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $130,000 with potential commission and/or bonuses, plus standard employee benefits.
