MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

As a Program Analyst, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the General Services Administration (GSA). You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely, accurate, compliant processing and reporting of Contract Access Fees (CAF). Your diligence directly supports federal acquisition integrity, customer accountability, and mission success. Lead/Manage/Support the full lifecycle of CAF management, including reviewing reported invoice amounts, calculating CAF based on established GSA rate structures, preparing CAF entries, and ensuring remittance to GSA within required deadlines. Maintain audit‑ready documentation and ensure compliance with GSA’s CAF remittance procedures and quarterly reporting schedule. Collaborate and partner closely with internal program teams, finance organizations, and GSA stakeholders to reconcile CAF data, validate invoice reporting, clarify remittance requirements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure all CAF‑related submissions align with GSA’s contractual instructions and guidance. Drive accurate reporting, proactive reconciliation of CAF amounts, timely payments through internal and GSA’s designated systems (e.g., Sales Reporting Portal (SRP), GSA ASSIST), and seek continuous improvements to tracking and documentation processes, helping prevent contract debts, non‑compliance risks, or delays. Support innovation in workflow efficiency and process transparency for CAF management. Utilize CAF tracking tools, invoice reporting systems, Pay.gov remittance processes, contract management repositories, enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint), and structured record‑keeping templates to maintain accurate files, submission logs, reconciliations, and historical CAF documentation.

The Program Analyst must have: Education: Bachelor’s degree Experience: 2+ years of related experience Technical skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Online Database Systems Role requirements: Effective administrative and organizational skills, both written and oral Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage a high volume of varied activities on any given day Excellent communication skills Demonstrated strategic thinking, including the ability to anticipate needs, align tasks with broader business objectives, and proactively recommend process improvements Customer service skills with strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to a positive stakeholder experience Location: This role requires working at our GDIT facility in Falls Church, VA. Must be comfortable working onsite for a minimum of (3) days a week. US Persons required

The likely salary range for this position is $70,658 - $85,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
