We are seeking a dependable, hard-working individual who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining and improving landscape properties. This position plays a key role in supporting daily landscape operations and ensuring properties are maintained to company standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlant and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and turf to enhance outdoor spacesPerform lawn care duties including mowing, edging, trimming, and weedingInstall sod, mulch, and other ground coversAssist with landscape enhancements and minor hardscape installations such as walkways, patios, and retaining wallsLoad, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sitesRemove debris, including leaves, branches, and trash, from job sitesOperate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficientlyAssist with applying fertilizers, pesticides, or other treatments as directedFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environmentSupport Crew Leaders and team members to ensure daily productivity and quality standardsRequirements & Qualifications2+ years experience in commercial landscape maintenanceValid Driver’s License with a clean or acceptable driving record (preferred but not required)Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test (required)Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periodsAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsBasic knowledge of landscaping tools, equipment, and techniques (training provided as needed)Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor (preferred)Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsGood communication and teamwork skillsReliable transportation to job sites or designated meeting locationsWillingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilitiesCommitment to safety protocols and proper tool usageBenefits401(k)Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurancePaid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr
