Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in a lead capacity. This role is approximately 30% technical leadership and 70% hands-on development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring developers while remaining deeply involved in coding, solution design, and code reviews. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, Lightning technologies, Apex, integrations, and handling large-scale Salesforce implementations with high data volumes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience leading development teams and conducting code reviews.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required Technical Skills

• Salesforce Lightning (Aura and/or Lightning Web Components)
• Apex development
• Salesforce configuration and customization
• Salesforce APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Apex Triggers
• SOQL
• Experience handling large data volumes (LDV) and Salesforce performance optimization
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, security, and governor limits

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Salesforce development team while remaining actively involved in hands-on coding.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Build and maintain Lightning components, Apex classes, triggers, and custom applications.
• Develop and support Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and large data volumes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance to the development team.
• Participate in solution design, estimation, and technical planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certification.
• Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps tools is a plus.
