Mental Health Therapist (Master's Degree) at Les Peters Youth Academy, Tampa, Florida Les Peters Academy is a moderate-risk residential commitment program for female youth aged 14 to 19. The program provides comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based intensive mental health services, including individual, family, and group counseling. Compensation: $50,000 annually Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and company‑paid Life Insurance within 90 days; Paid Time Off that starts accruing on day one; 401(k) match up to 6% after one year of employment; and much more. What you will do Provide individual, family, and group counseling services to clients and their families according to the needs documented in their assessment and treatment plan. Qualifications Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern or registered Clinical Social Work Intern Master’s degree or better in Marriage & Family Therapy or Social Work Able to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical, and TB test Schedule 5 days a week, including a weekend day, 8‑hour days.
