Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce QA Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of Salesforce applications, customizations, and integrations. This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce testing, test automation, and the ability to collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver reliable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs to create effective test plans and test cases
• Perform manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom modules
• Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, triggers, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components
• Test Salesforce integrations with external systems, APIs, and third-party applications
• Execute regression, system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Identify, document, and track software defects in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Collaborate closely with developers, admins, and business teams to ensure timely defect resolution
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices and participate in continuous process improvements
• Support release management by validating deployment activities and production releases
• Provide test reports, quality metrics, and recommendations for improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in QA testing with a focus on Salesforce applications
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce features, functionalities, and data model
• Experience testing Salesforce Lightning components, Apex, and APIs
• Hands-on experience with QA tools like Selenium, Provar, or other Salesforce test automation tools
• Proficiency in defect tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities
• Salesforce QA or Salesforce Administrator/Platform App Builder certifications (preferred)
