Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs and establish effective treatment plans tailored to each individual. \n
- Deliver individualized therapy sessions for clients employing diverse therapeutic techniques that cater to personal growth and emotional well-being. \n
- Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and monitor progress throughout their journey, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. \n
- Provide teletherapy services for clients who may face mobility challenges or prefer remote sessions, making therapy accessible to a broader audience. \n
- Maintain precise documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, in accordance with ethical and legal standards. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and networking opportunities to stay current in the evolving fields of marriage and family therapy. \n
As an LMFT at Mind Sync, you will primarily serve individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and adjustment disorders. Your empathetic approach will be vital in helping clients navigate their personal struggles and achieve meaningful change in their lives.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Currently licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California. \n
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable the establishment of secure and trusting relationships with clients. \n
- Empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental perspective towards clients, fostering an environment conducive to healing. \n
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative duties. \n

- A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in clinical therapy. \n
- Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). \n
- Experience working with diverse populations and a keen understanding of cultural competency in therapy. \n

- Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and credentials. \n
