3-5 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 and endpoint management in an enterprise environment Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Apple Business Manager, patch management, and endpoint configuration Experience supporting Windows and iOS devices Familiarity with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow or similar) Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills Excellent troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and organizational abilities Microsoft 365 certifications and ITIL knowledge are preferred Job Description This hands-on role is responsible for the day-to-day operation, support, and continuous improvement of Delta Utilities' Microsoft 365 environment, endpoint ecosystem, and end-user productivity tools. The ideal candidate combines strong technical troubleshooting abilities with operational ownership, documentation skills, and a mindset focused on automation and process improvement. This person doesn't just close tickets. They take ownership of the end-user experience, look for ways to improve and automate processes, create documentation that makes the team better, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance how technology supports the business. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, licensing, and access management Manage endpoint environments through Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms Support Windows and iOS devices, ensuring compliance, security, configuration standards, and patch management Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 issues involving M365, identity, collaboration tools, endpoints, and user access Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and support processes Serve as an internal advocate for Microsoft 365 by driving user adoption, awareness, training, and communication Continuously identify opportunities for automation, operational efficiencies, and process improvements Utilize PowerShell, APIs, AI tools, and workflow automation to reduce manual effort and improve support delivery Escalate complex issues with clear documentation and operational discipline #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
