Barstool Sports is seeking a Freelance Producer focused on a multitude of Chicago based brands. The ideal candidate will be hands-on at every step of the production process for multiple concurrent projects. This role relies on proficiency in editing with Adobe Premiere, technical skills shooting with Sony cameras, and a keen eye for detail. You must be able to work on-site in Chicago, open to working nights and weekends, and provide a reel or portfolio of work.

What You'll Do

Responsible for pre & post-production as well as the delivery of a multitude of shows, videos, podcasts, and social clips

Work on various types of productions ranging from podcasts, studio shows, run-and-gun content, vlogs, interviews, Man/Women on the street, and more.

Work directly with other production staff in the Chicago office

What You Have:

Minimum 3+ years experience.

Strong knowledge of Chicago based content such as, but not limited to, Barstool Chicago, The Yak, Chef & Donny Cooking Content

Strong experience shooting & editing content for digital platforms.

The ability to craft a compelling narrative that aligns with our brand ethos.

Knowledge about Barstool Sports and our content.

Sense of urgency and knowledge of production timelines

Background in shooting

Organizational and collaborative skills, as well as an ability to prioritize, are a must.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Flexibility to travel for shoots and productions, as needed.

An up-to-date production reel showcasing your work.
