Employment Program Lead (Refugee & Immigrant Services)

Church World Service is seeking an Employment Coordinator to lead and oversee the new employment program in New York, working closely with local employers and advocating for refugee clients. Responsibilities include managing job placements, conducting outreach, and ensuring the program's effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, at least 4 years of experience in social services, and fluency in a refugee language is preferred.
