Assembler

AssemblerWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to assembling and testing products, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement using the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System.Responsibilities:Assemble components of all product lines using correct tools and fixtures.Test assembled products and troubleshoot any issues that arise.Read blueprints, identify components, and use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques.Create labor records for all transactions.Requirements:Mechanically inclined individual with the ability to use mechanical and electric test equipment such as meters, microscopes, torque wrenches, filler gages, etc.Soldering capabilities on cabling, thru-hole, and surface mount technologies.Able to work with high precision small parts and follow procedures and processes.Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task.2 years of electro-mechanical assembler experience.Minimum high school degree; higher technical education preferred.Preferred Qualifications (if any):IPC 610 or IPC 620 certification is a plus but not required.Who We Are:SGF Global is an integrated talent solutions provider, offering staffing, recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), nearshore, and consulting services across a wide range of industries in 35 countries.We're a dynamic, people-first organization where fresh ideas are always welcome.
