KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Saturdays and Sundays floater
- Assist clients with ADLs including incontinence and personal care needs
- Assist bedbound clients with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Provide appropriate redirection and support to clients with dementia and Alzheimer's disease
- Perform safe lifting and transferring techniques
- Safely operate and assist clients with mobility equipment including Hoyer lifts, gait belts, walkers, and wheelchairs
- Travel to client locations within the service area as needed
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto mobile insurance
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client location
- Demonstrated ability to safely lift and transfer clients
- Experience using mobility devices: Hoyer lift, gait belts, walkers, and wheelchairs
- Experience assisting with repositioning and redirection
- Experience caring for clients with dementia and Alzheimer's disease
- Experience assisting clients with incontinence and personal care needs
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional approach to caregiving
