Associate Veterinarian

You became a veterinarian because you love caring for pets but are looking for balance, right? At Healing Paws, we believe you can have both a rewarding veterinary career and a life you love outside the hospital. We’re looking for an associate veterinarian who enjoys building relationships with clients and patients and wants to continue learning and developing professionally. Someone who wants to practice superior medicine in a supportive environment where work-life balance and professional growth aren't just promises—they're part of how we work. Flexible scheduling We’ll work with you to create a schedule that fits your life and your career goals. Whether you value predictable days off, a four-day workweek, or flexibility around family and personal commitments, let’s talk about what works for you. Mentorship without micromanagement You won't be expected to figure everything out on your own. Experienced veterinarians are available to provide guidance, discuss cases, and help you build confidence—while giving you the independence to develop your own style of practice. A team that has your back You’ll work alongside a collaborative team that believes veterinary medicine is better when we support one another. Questions are welcome. Learning is encouraged.
