HVAC Installation Helper

At Jon Wayne, we are looking for HVAC Installation Helpers to join our team!

Some HVAC experience is highly desired, along with a great attitude, drive, and desire to learn and work hard.

Job Duties:

• Assist in installation and/or repair of HVAC systems and duct work
• Assist in installation of various types of thermostats, filtration and equipment
• Adhere to all quality and safety codes
• Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools
• Follow state and local building regulations based on the National IRC Code

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC, construction or other related field very helpful
• Familiarity with HVAC schematics, blueprints, and manuals very helpful
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment and hand tools very helpful
• Ability to interact and communicate with customers
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Must be able to focus on task at hand and follow through to completion
• Clean driving record
• Pass background check
• Maintain a clean-cut appearance
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to work flexible work hours - possible long days
• Ability to work with others and be a team player
