What we're looking for in our Maintenance Coordinator includes:

• Customer service experience
• Proven ability to multitask
• Proficiency with computers, typing, and programs such as MS Office and client work order management software
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changing circumstances, and keep up in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong desire to succeed

Experience with residential or multifamily maintenance would be preferred. Knowledge of Property Meld would be a bonus. Problem-solving experience would also be a plus.

Day-to-day, as our Maintenance Coordinator, you're responsible for overseeing all aspects of our property maintenance. Organization is key as you triage incoming maintenance requests, determine what services need to be completed, and schedule technicians to perform the work. You communicate with residents, coordinate with vendors, and manage our service calendar to ensure seamless job completion. Scheduling routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance, you also handle billing and order equipment for our inventory as needed. You ensure the work quality meets our high standards and that our tenants feel happy and comfortable!
