Continuous Improvement Manager

Our client has grown into one of the country's largest branded products with over 3500 employees and 12 manufacturing plants throughout the United States. Their portfolio of national and super-regional brands and licensed products are ones you will recognize.
We are searching for a Continuous Improvement Manager for their site in the Syracuse, NY area.There will be 1 direct report. They need this person to have demonstrated Continuous Improvement practices like Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or World Class Manufacturing. Their site is a non-union plant with approximately 300 employees. Qualifications:
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma or World Class Manufacturing programs
- Ability to collaborate with other departments identifying priorities
- Must come from a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in a formal Continuous Improvement program
