What We're Looking For:
- 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience with a strong technical accounting foundation
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close
- Experience with ASC 606, ASC 842, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
- Background in fast-paced environments preferred
- Supporting a public-company transition is a plus
- Exposure to ERP implementations, process improvements, or accounting automation preferred
- A proactive, hands-on professional who xhyhwjd enjoys solving problems, building processes, and taking ownership
