Position Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to support the Program Manager in day-to-day execution of TACCOM O&M tasking, tracking budgets, risks, milestones, and action items, and coordinating engineering, logistics, and field deployment activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Track budgets, risks, milestones, and action items; coordinate engineering, logistics, and field deployments
Assist with technical and administrative functions, including contracts management, reporting requirements, dashboard operations, and leadership liaison
Develop project documentation and performance metrics; support Agile and DHS Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) processes
Facilitate progress meetings with the CO, COR, and ITPM
Coordinate quality assurance and risk mitigation activities
Requirements:
Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, maintained in good standing
Minimum 10 years of project management experience
Demonstrated experience successfully deploying P25 digital, encrypted, interoperable tactical communications systems in support of federal law enforcement
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability determination
U.S. citizenship required
