As our Auto Parts Manager, you'll enjoy a competitive salary plus commission-based compensation of $60k-$100k/year with great benefits that include health, dental, vision, life, a 401(k) with match, 120 hours of paid time off (PTO) after 90 days, a gym membership, discounts, and the opportunity to participate in company-sponsored Spartan Races !

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN AUTO PARTS MANAGER:
Imagine starting your day with a burst of excitement as you enter the bustling parts department at City Auto Sales. You dive into the day, forecasting and ordering parts to ensure our inventory remains at optimal levels. With your expert knowledge and intuition, you effortlessly navigate through a labyrinth of components, finding the perfect pieces to keep our customers' vehicles in prime condition.
In the afternoon, you put your pricing prowess to the test. Analyzing market trends and customer demands, you strategically determine the most competitive prices for our parts, striking the perfect balance between profitability and customer satisfaction. As the day winds down, you receive shipments of parts, meticulously labeling and organizing them to maintain a well-oiled machine of inventory management.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for the Auto Parts Manager position, you must have:
- Previous experience as a certified technician
- Valid driver's license
WORK SCHEDULE
As an Auto Parts Manager at City Auto Sales, you'll enjoy a full-time position with a schedule that spans from Monday to Saturday. You'll find yourself immersed in our bustling dealership where the excitement of the automotive world is at your doorstep!
