Hire a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to help drive the growth of our agency by building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to attract new clients. The Role Lead Generation: Actively identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold‑calling, and digital marketing efforts. Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients, educate them about the agency's insurance offerings, and establish rapport to create lasting business relationships. Needs Assessment: Understand the insurance needs of potential clients by conducting thorough assessments and consultations. Solution Presentation: Present tailored insurance solutions to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and providing them with the information required to make informed decisions. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met while demonstrating the agency's commitment to exceptional service. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth. Sales Support: Work alongside a dedicated mentor, collaborate with the sales team to transition leads into clients, and assist in the onboarding process. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress and provide regular reports to the management team. The Tools Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 3‑5 years of experience in a business development or sales role. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Mindset: Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset. Technical: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Licensing: Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance. Insurance Knowledge: Completion of Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License within 90 days. The Perks Initial $60,000 ‑ $70,000 Base Salary + Commissions. Dedicated mentor.
