Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $6,160 - $7,290

Job Requirements

• 1+ year of Obstetrics and Gynecology experience required
• Active North Carolina medical license required
• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology required
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Clean professional history required for emergency privileges
• Experience managing low-risk and high-risk pregnancies
• Ability to interpret fetal heart rate monitoring and perform OB ultrasounds

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour call coverage for obstetric and gynecologic patients in a women’s services setting
• Manage low-risk and high-risk pregnancies
• Perform and interpret routine and targeted obstetric ultrasound exams
• Interpret fetal heart rate monitoring, including NST, CST, and FSE
• Handle routine vaginal deliveries and complicated deliveries, including C-sections
• Support decision-making for cesarean delivery and manage breech, multiple births, abruption, and VBAC cases
• Perform repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
• Provide surgical gynecology care, including open and minimally invasive procedures
