Sales Rep

Compensation Average all‑in pay range with bonuses and spiffs: $19 to $23 per hour. New hire bonus ramp‑up structure available, with a simple $400 payout. Responsibilities Act as the face of the company and the most important position for generating sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Serve as the first line of contact for customers every day with a positive attitude and engagement to drive sales. Demonstrate a willingness for income to match the effort you put in. Qualifications Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. At least 18 years of age. Background check may be performed as part of the hiring process. Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment. Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds. Benefits subject to policy requirements.
