Position: HR Analyst/HR Generalist

Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract Interview Process: Video Only Job Summary: The HR Generalist will provide day-to-day HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. This role will handle recruitment support, onboarding, employee records, HR transactions, payroll/timekeeping coordination, employee inquiries, and offboarding. Key Responsibilities: Process HR transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, separations, and retirements. Support recruitment, job postings, interview coordination, and hiring documentation. Coordinate new employee onboarding and required paperwork. Maintain accurate employee records and HR tracking systems. Respond to employee and manager questions related to HR policies, benefits, leave, payroll, and procedures. Coordinate employee offboarding and separation activities. Support HR projects, process improvements, and employee communications. Work with HR leadership, employees, managers, and internal/external partners. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information. Provide professional and timely HR customer service. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Relevant professional or paraprofessional HR experience may substitute for education, up to 4 years. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information.
