What We Offer Per diem, part-time, and full-time opportunities Create your own schedule with flexible shifts 24/7 on-call clinical support A variety of in-home and assisted living assignments throughout our service area Focused one-on-one patient care (procedures, treatments, and skilled nursing) RN Responsibilities Implement the treatment plan and plan of care, using sound judgment and critical thinking Maintain accurate, detailed, timely documentation consistent with the plan of care and nursing process Perform nursing skills, treatments, and procedures within RN scope as defined by the California Nurse Practice Act Follow agency policies, procedures, and clinical protocols RN Requirements Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of California Minimum 1 year of documented RN experience Home Health experience preferred Current CPR Certification BrightStar Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
