Job DescriptionFull-Time, Regular, Nightshift position | Schedule: 3-4 nights each week, rotating weekends, 12-hour shifts | Pay: Paygrade 12, Hourly, depending on experienceWeekly earned wage access is an option for this positionJob Purpose or Objective(s): The Nurse Staff RN renders professional nursing services in the treatment and care of assigned patients. You will provide for the comfort and well-being of patients by assessing condition, providing treatments, and documenting progress and other observations. You will report to the Manager.Primary Tasks:1. Provide direct patient assessment and planning for individualized patient care.2. Communicate with physicians about changes in patient's condition.3. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.4. Formulate individualized plan of care.5. Revise individualized plan of care as indicated by the patient's response to treatment; evaluate overall plan for effectiveness daily.6. Evaluate discharge needs and coordinate with multi-health care disciplines in planning for care after discharge.7. Assess pain management techniques and educate the patient and family regarding pain management.8. Identify and address psychosocial needs of patient and family.9. Administer drugs, blood, and solutions according to medical and surgical policies and protocols.10.
