• Full-time outpatient position with Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule
• Health system-employed opportunity with academic affiliation
• Board-certified or board-eligible Geriatric Medicine physicians encouraged to apply
• Geriatric fellowship training required
• Focus on adult and aging populations in an outpatient setting
• Commitment to quality improvement and innovative care delivery models valued
• Passion for improving health outcomes for underserved populations preferred
• Spanish-speaking skills a plus but not required
