This includes understanding how to use identification badges for secure entry into facilities and compliance with safety protocols.Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)Candidates should possess basic computer or tablet skills. This includes proficiency in using standard software applications, navigating the internet, and utilizing email communication effectively. Candidates may be required to complete a skills assessment to verify their comfort level with technology.Customer Service Experience (B219)Candidates must have prior customer service experience. This includes the ability to communicate effectively with clients, resolve issues, and provide a positive customer experience.
