Process Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This is a plant-floor role for someone who wants to be out on the floor regularly, evaluating equipment, troubleshooting processes, and driving efficiency across production. The ideal candidate brings a strong chemical process background and thrives on solving real problems where the work happens, not from behind a desk. Duties/Responsibilities: Serve as a hands-on presence on the plant floor, regularly evaluating equipment and working directly on process-related projects. Partner with the scale-up team on new product launches to ensure equipment and processes run efficiently as products move to the production floor. Support and continuously improve the wastewater treatment unit, analyzing and optimizing the processes involved. Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, reliability, and throughput across manufacturing operations. Collaborate closely with a cross-functional engineering team (project management, reliability, and process engineering) to support broader plant initiatives. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and implement effective, lasting solutions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Chemical process experience is required (chemical manufacturing or a closely related process industry). 5–10 years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to work hands-on in a plant setting, evaluating equipment and improving processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting scale-up and new product introductions on a production floor. Exposure to wastewater treatment processes.
