\n \nAbout the Role
\n \nWe are seeking a motivated Customer Outreach Specialist to support our sales and merchant‑services team. This role involves outbound calling, inbound call handling, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will connect with business owners, introduce SignaPay’s payment processing solutions, and convert prospects into qualified leads for our sales representatives.
\nThis position is ideal for individuals with experience in telemarketing, call centers, customer service, inside sales, or lead‑generation roles.
\n \nResponsibilities
\n \n-Make outbound calls to cold and warm prospects to introduce SignaPay’s merchant‑services and payment processing solutions.
\n-Handle inbound inquiries from interested merchants and convert them into qualified leads.
\n-Deliver clear, scripted explanations of product features, pricing, and service benefits.
\n-Persuade prospects to schedule appointments, request demos, or begin onboarding.
\n-Answer questions related to products, pricing, and service features with accuracy and professionalism.
\n-Manage objections confidently while maintaining a positive brand image.
\n-Communicate clearly and effectively to build trust with potential clients.
\n-Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up with leads as needed.
\n \nQualifications
\n \n-Strong verbal communication skills with a confident, persuasive phone presence.
\n-Ability to manage high‑volume outbound and inbound calls.
\n-Skilled in objection handling and customer‑focused communication.
\n-Basic understanding of sales principles, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
\n-Goal‑driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed call and conversion targets.
\n-Excellent listening skills to identify customer needs and tailor messaging.
\n-Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
\n-Professional phone etiquette and polished communication style.
\n-Ability to work independently and within a sales‑driven team.
\n-Resilience and comfort with repetitive tasks and rejection.
\n \nCompensation
\n \n$17/hr + Uncapped Commission
\n30 hours weekly, Full‑time, on‑site role in Goose Creek, SC.
