We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team as a Business Associate. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Snowflake, SQL, Python, AWS, and Unix. This role involves managing and overseeing various projects, ensuring they align with the company’s goals and objectives, and delivering impactful results.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring they meet the company’s strategic objectives.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to succeed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Utilize Snowflake, SQL, Python, AWS, and Unix to develop and implement effective project solutions.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project success.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in Snowflake, SQL, Python, AWS, and Unix.
• Have a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Exhibit the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Display a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Hold a relevant certification such as PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar.
