IT Project Manager

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to support a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and the integration of multiple connected business applications.
This individual will be responsible for driving implementation planning, managing cross-system dependencies, coordinating testing and readiness activities, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple business and technology teams.
The ideal candidate has experience leading D365 implementations that involve enterprise integrations, testing coordination, cutover planning, and go-live execution.

Responsibilities
Own and maintain integrated project plans across multiple business systems
Manage cross-system dependencies and identify critical path activities
Coordinate internal stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation partners
Drive execution of enterprise integration workstreams
Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and coordination
Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-deployment activities
Track project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications
Ensure delivery milestones are achieved across multiple interconnected platforms
Coordinate activities between D365 and connected enterprise applications

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of Project or Program Management experience
Experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) implementations
Experience managing enterprise system integration initiatives
Strong understanding of integration dependencies across multiple business applications
Experience coordinating SIT and UAT activities
Experience supporting cutover planning and go-live readiness
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a complex enterprise environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce CRM experience
Salesforce CPQ and Billing experience
ERP transformation experience
Experience with enterprise application integrations
Experience working with large consulting or implementation partners
Experience managing data migration activities
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
Experience using Jira and/or Azure DevOps
