With one of the highest customer retention rates in the industry – 97% – ImageFIRST is dedicated to improving patient satisfaction and making staff happy with our white glove service!Due to tremendous growth we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team at our corporate office in King of Prussia, PA.Responsibilities:Assist with full life cycle recruiting for all corporate and sales positions, and plant positions Supervisor and aboveCoordinate schedules of hiring managers and candidates and schedule interviews, video interviews and phone screensAssist with other administrative tasks as neededEstablish and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates, providing excellent customer service and pro-active communicationAssist Talent Acquisition staff with implementing standardized recruiting practices – including but not limited to internal and external postings, creating recruiting collateral materials, and consistently promoting open positions on IFTV, social media, job boards and other outlets as appropriateWork with Talent Acquisition Manager to establish and implement a college recruiting plan and attend college career fairs and eventsWith guidance, partner with hiring managers to develop individual recruiting plans for assigned open positionsAssist with candidate sourcing through various recruiting techniques including job boards, social media, networking and other internet research techniquesHelp manage the offer and pre-employment screening process including administration of drug tests, background checks and E-VerifyAttend and represent the company at professional, military and other job fairsAssist with creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive talentResponsible for staying abreast of Talent Acquisition industry trends regarding competitive marketplace, keeping up to date on best practices, recruiting trends and tools, sourcing tools and techniques, and recruiting technologyAssist with all Talent Acquisition reportingExperience with applicant tracking systems, ICIMs a plusTalent Acquisition projects as assignedMinimum Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferredSome experience in a corporate HR environmentDemonstrated strong teamwork skillsFlexible, with the ability and willingness to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesComputer proficient – Excel skills a plusCompany Values & BenefitsRequired Competencies:Be Respectful: Value all we come in contact withBe Remarkable: Create a positive moment with every interactionBe Safe: Keep ourselves and those around us safeBe Honest: Be guided by truthfulness in all we doBenefits:Weekly payMedical, Dental, VisionPet, Legal, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance401k (match)Paid Time Off PackagePaid Parental LeaveTuition ReimbursementReferral ProgramGreat company cultureCollaborative team environmentEOE / Drug-Free WorkplaceWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
