Warehouse Associate - FRS

Job Title: Warehouse
Key Responsibilities • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams. • Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished goods. • safety protocols and compliance with OSHA and company standards. • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to support operational efficiency. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and meet production schedules. • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Forklift certification (preferred).
Education & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations.

• Order accuracy and fulfillment rate
• Inventory discrepancy rate
• Team productivity and efficiency
• Safety incident frequency
