Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position offers the chance to work during the 26-27 school year with the flexibility of an open end date, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a structured routine within a collaborative school environment.

Your week will be structured around a 35-40 hour schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7:30am to 3:30pm. Manage a manageable caseload of approximately 35 students per SLP, focusing on diverse needs and developmental milestones—primarily serving students in grades K-6.

Ideal candidates will bring experience and a passion for pediatric speech-language pathology, along with a commitment to evidence-based practice and student progress. As part of your role, you’ll have access to school-provided technology and utilize the Sapphire system for IEP and progress tracking. The position welcomes hybrid candidates—with the possibility to work remotely up to one day a week, supporting work-life balance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology certification (PA Certified Speech) is required
• CCC required; will consider strong Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates
• Proven background in pediatric and school-based SLP practice
• Experience working with K-12 populations, with particular strength in elementary settings
• Proficiency in healthcare and educational SLP service delivery
• Comfort with digital systems for documentation and progress monitoring

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff
• Maintain timely documentation using Sapphire for IEP compliance and progress tracking
• Participate in team meetings, student conferences, and professional development as needed
