Leasing Agent Our client, a property management organization, is seeking a Leasing Agent to join their team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be part of the property management support team, assisting with leasing operations and tenant relations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Leasing Agent Location: Coeur d'Alene, ID Pay Range: $23.00 per hour Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM What's the Job? Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service to prospective tenants Managing leasing processes, including applications and documentation Maintaining organized filing systems for tenant and property records Assisting the Property Manager with daily administrative tasks Supporting leasing activities to ensure smooth tenant onboarding and retention What's Needed? No prior experience required; training will be provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Positive attitude and willingness to learn What's in it for me?
